We advise individuals and existing entrepreneurs from Germany, France, Great Britain, Ukraine and other countries who want to establish new business entities operating in Poland. We set up companies of various types, such as limited liability companies and joint-stock companies. We are also experienced in starting foundations and associations.
Both small and large foreign investors who want to start their business in our country can count on our support and full assistance in selecting the most effective form of business. We advise capital groups on how to embed a "Polish" company in their international structure. We prepare registration and corporate documents necessary for registering companies in the Polish National Court Register and represent our clients in proceedings before the registry court.
