Jarosław Augustyn

I am a tax advisor with thirteen years of experience. I prepare complex analyses and opinions concerning tax consequences of actions planned to be taken and already taken by Clients. The advice provided by me focuses on taxes in force in Poland – VAT, income tax, tax on civil law transactions, stamp duty, excise tax, real estate tax. I prepare requests for the issuance of individual tax interpretations and advise on the filing of tax declarations and return statements. As part of my services, I represent Clients before tax authorities and administrative courts, as well as local government bodies with regard to local taxes and fees (real estate tax, tax on means of transportation).

For years, I cooperated with various law firms of the Wielkopolska region and I also was a head of the Tax Advisory Department in a company being a member of the international advisory group. I have also experience with working in the tax office. I have cooperated with the team of lawyers of Norek & Partners Law Firm for several years.

I graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and I am a member of the National Chamber of Tax Advisers.
