Magdalena Bartczak

 

I am interested in matters related to contract law, particularly the sale and purchase of real estate and development agreements. My Master's thesis was concerned with the effects of withdrawing from contracts.

 

I have gained my professional experience in law firms in Poznań, working on projects related to various legal issues. My tasks included day-to-day legal services for enterprises, preparing and verifying rental agreements and supporting participants in construction and investment processes.

 

I graduated from law studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. I was three-time holder of the Rector's scholarship for the best students.
