Michał Wojciechowski
I started to gain my professional experience as a lawyer in 1998 and for 16 years I worked in one of the biggest law firms in Poznań, including 9 years as its partner.
Since the very beginning of my professional career, I've had a chance to work and gather experience across those areas of law that I like most, including corporate law and contract law. I’ve participated in a number of various business projects. I use my analytical skills in projects that require identifying weakness and protecting against them. The projects included mergers, joining of companies, trading in vital assets and financing of business ventures. I develop and implement concepts for transformations, mergers and divisions of companies and enterprises, and I also carry out legal due diligence of companies and real estate. I provide advice to various business entities, ranging from relatively small ones to big capital groups.
So far, as part of my professional career, I have also reviewed draft bills, participated in the privatisation of State Treasury companies and prepared IPOs for companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
