Patrycja Kiwacka
I have a strong interest in civil law, particularly contract and property law, with a focus on real estate-related issues, and I am eager to continue developing my expertise in this field. My Master's thesis was concerned with the ownership of premises in buildings granted for perpetual usufruct and the related consequences.
I gained my professional experience in Poznań law firms of attorneys-at-law, where I had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects. The experience familiarized me with work that requires navigating multiple branches of law simultaneously. Throughout my career, I have been responsible for various tasks, such as providing day-to-day legal services to businesses and preparing and reviewing contracts.
I am a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznań. Since January 2024 I have worked as trainee attorney-at-law at the Poznań Bar Association.
