I specialize in matters falling within the scope of civil law, in particular commercial and competition law. I also deal with investments related to renewable energy sources, reviewing long-term land lease agreements for RES investments.
I am a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu. I was awarded my MA in July this year for a thesis concerning Business Judgment Rule institution. I am currently an extramural PhD student, researching the issue of the law applicable to competition law torts.
Except for law, I am passionate about cooking and sports, especially tennis, football, and skiing, as well as chess.
