Zuzanna Kaczmarek

I specialize in matters related to construction law, spatial planning and environmental protection. On a daily basis, I deal with real estate law issues, in particular its administrative and legal aspects. I also support developers, entrepreneurs and individuals in administrative and court-administrative proceedings. My main areas of interest are construction law and spatial development law.

I have gained experience in law firms of attorneys-at-law and/or advocates. From the beginning of my career, I have dealt with matters broadly related to investment and construction processes, administrative law and corporate law. I was also responsible for providing day-to-day legal services to business entities.

I graduated in law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. My Master's thesis was entitled “Legal aspects of cadastral division of real estate”. Since January 2023 I have worked as trainee attorney-at-law at the Poznań Bar Association.
