Houses of 70 m2 without a building permit - traps in the Polish Deal
From 3 January 2022, it is possible to build a single-family house of up to 70 m2 without having to obtain a building permit. This change of the regulations, although seemingly beneficial, can cause a lot of trouble for investors. What are the potential problems? Check our blog.
