Agnieszka Lisiak
Having gained experience in law firms in Poznań and its vicinity, I had the opportunity to work on projects on various legal issues (mainly in the field of civil law, but also criminal and administrative law). I have dealt mainly with matters related to the so-called consumer bankruptcy (including, inter alia, selling real estate in connection with bankruptcy proceedings), restructuring proceedings, and day-to-day legal services for enterprises.
My main interests include the law of obligations, and in particular all types of real estate contracts. I am also interested in bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings. My master's thesis is concerned with compensation for serious damage to the health of the closest family member.
I am a graduate the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and a holder of the Rector's scholarship for the best students. At the same time, I am also a student of Ignacy Jan Paderewski Academy of Music in Poznań.
