Jacek Łubecki
I am a lawyer specialising in construction investments (mainly property development projects).
I advise during investment and construction process, supporting its participants, primarily investors (including developers), general contractors, partial works contractors and subcontractors. I provide legal advice at every stage of an investment: planning – preparation – implementation – settlement – sale. I help clients who are just beginning their investments in construction, as well as those with years of experience and an established position on the market.
Other than preparing contracts (in particular construction contracts, as well as agreements and documents related to property development), I conduct negotiations, verify the correct performance of contracts and assess the legitimacy of claims arising from them.
I am also interested in transmission infrastructure and access to utilities.
While focusing on out-of-court dispute resolution, I represent clients before courts (common and arbitration), when the situation so requires.
I am invited as a speaker at training courses for development and property construction companies throughout the country. I support members of the Polish Association of Developers.
I graduated in law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. at the European University Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder) (Master of German and Polish Law). I am a member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Poznań.
